Tim Hur

Tim Da-IL Hur is a native Atlantan, an alumnus of Parkview High School, and is a proud 2005 graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology. Tim majored with a Bachelor Degree in Industrial and Systems engineering, with a Certificate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Fluent in Korean and English, Tim Hur comes from a line of 2nd generation Korean Americans currently residing in the Duluth submarket. The Hur family is a prominent and respected member of the Korean-American community, as well as active participants in the Hispanic business community of Duluth.

Following graduation from Georgia Tech, Tim pursued a career in real estate, quickly selling over $1.8 Million with an Atlanta residential real estate firm in less than 6 months. He has joined Massell Commercial Real Estate to shift his focus to Commercial Investment Property sales. He is currently a candidate for the prestigious C.C.I.M. Designation, and specializes in transactions of income-producing real estate (Shopping Centers, Retail Strips, etc) and handles Land sales in the growth path of Atlanta.
