John Rosenberg
John Rosenberg is a native of Atlanta and graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. John

spent 18 years in sales and marketing as VP of Trade Shows for AMC, Inc. Prior to joining the Massell team, John has been active in building a personal portfolio of residential and resort property investments: finding opportunities, negotiating deals, renovating and managing his acquisitions, and realizing positive cash-flows on his income properties. He firmly believes the principles of location, quality tenants, equity accumulation and tax benefits equally apply to the commercial investments he locates for his clients.

John specializes in Investment property including; office ownership, 1031-Tax Deferred Exchanges, NNN, Retail Strip Centers, Multi-Family Apartments and Land for Development. He is committed to real estate on a personal level, giving the potential investor the advantage of working with an agent who strongly believes in the product.
