Steve Massell - president & CEO
Steve Massell is a Lifetime and Phoenix – Designated member of the Million Dollar Club, an exclusive society of real estate professionals in The Greater Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He is also part of an elite group of commercial real estate brokers who have earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. This degree is recognized as the highest accreditation in the industry and is often referred to as the “PhD. of Real Estate”. Only 5% of the 80,000 real estate professionals across the U.S. and Canada hold this degree. Steve works with “High Net Worth” individuals, family trusts, limited partnerships and investment groups to transact income producing properties throughout the United States. Similar to the fisherman with his fly, he stands in the “constant stream of deals,” casting about for the trophy pick. He evaluates each opportunity and advises his client if a particular project meets their objectives. Steve Massell entered commercial real estate in 1987 – building on a legacy of three generations of commercial real estate expertise. With a notable track record as business leaders, effective politicians and diplomats, the Massell family has played a major role in Atlanta’s history.
